Drive Steradian’s outbound strategies and lead generating efforts in Automotive and Non-Automotive markets (Eg Industrial, Traffic monitoring, Precise Ranging etc)
Align with internal Steradian teams to handle the lead-to-prospect process efficiently and effectively.
Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up
Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward (Introduction to PoC to Agreements).
Generate interest, work closely with potential B2B customers and Steradian RnD during evaluations.
Develop a network of partners and distributors for current and future products.
Possess a strong work ethic, have a hunger to learn, try new tactics, and make connections with prospects.
The Business Development role at Steradian is an exciting, intensive, and demanding, which requires high motivation and energy.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Experience in B2B customer interaction (Product, Business development, Sales, FAE) in leading consulting companies working in the US/EU markets.
Great team player, with ability to run solo where needed.
High analytical capabilities.
Excellent and fluent communication skills verbally and in writing.
